You care about what you eat. Let’s make it a little easier.
Pasture-raised cattle, grass-fed and grass-finished, from farms in Portugal’s interior that we visit ourselves. We know the people who raise the cattle.
Collected chilled, the organs stay frozen through storage and transport. In Spain, they are freeze-dried, milled and put into capsules. For you, that means no raw organs to buy and no cooking to do.
