Our roots

Good food starts
at the source.

For us, knowing the source means going there.

Our first products start with pasture-raised cattle, grass-fed and grass-finished, from farms in Portugal’s interior.

We visit the farms, see how the cattle live and ask how the organs are handled. As we grow, we will add small farms across Portugal with the same care.

We started MYKORA to bring these foods into everyday life, with a source we could go and see. We care about the food, the preparation and the person choosing it. Write to info@mykora.eu and one of us answers.

Care follows the ingredient.

The organs are collected chilled, stored frozen and transported frozen to the freeze-drying facility in Spain. They arrive there frozen.

There, they are freeze-dried under vacuum, milled into powder, put into vegetable capsules (HPMC) and packed.
