How we handle your information when you visit MYKORA, join the MYKORA launch list or contact us.
Who is responsible
MYKORA is a brand of Adrenaline Splendor – Produtos Naturais, Lda, NIPC 518602397, with registered office at Avenida do Atlântico, n.º 16, 14.º Piso, Escritório 8, 1990-019 Lisboa, Portugal. This company is the controller of your personal data. Contact us at info@mykora.eu.
Visiting the website
You can browse without creating an account. MYKORA does not use website analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting and delivery providers process technical information, such as IP addresses, request details and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure website for this processing.
Joining the MYKORA launch list
The signup form asks for your email address. We also keep the form language and records of signup, confirmation, delivery and withdrawal. Brevo processes technical information, including IP addresses and timestamps, to operate and secure the form and email service. We do not ask for health information.
Your consent and the announcement
By submitting the signup form with its consent notice, you ask MYKORA to send one email when our first batch launches. We first send an email asking you to confirm the subscription, and add you to the active list only after confirmation. Signing up is optional and does not reserve a product or oblige you to buy. Without your email and confirmation, we cannot send the announcement. This permission does not enrol you in an ongoing newsletter.
Brevo and service providers
We use Brevo, operated by Sendinblue SAS in France, to manage the form, subscriptions and email delivery under a data processing agreement. Authorized MYKORA personnel and relevant service providers have access only where needed. Brevo uses infrastructure and support subprocessors, and its service can involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Its contract provides for applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures or an applicable adequacy framework. See Brevo’s data processing agreement and subprocessor list, or contact us for information about the relevant safeguards. We do not sell your launch-list data.
Email tracking
Brevo is configured not to attribute email opens or clicks to subscribers without separate tracking consent. We do not request that consent for this launch list. Brevo may still use technical confirmation links and anonymised open or click measurements. Confirmation, delivery, security and unsubscribe records are processed to run the requested service. The signup and confirmation pages may use technical tools needed for their operation and security.
Keeping and removing data
We keep the active launch list while the single MYKORA launch announcement is pending. We stop using your subscription for that purpose when you unsubscribe, after the announcement has been sent, or if the launch list is closed. We remove unconfirmed signup records when confirmation has expired and they are no longer needed to handle the request or prevent misuse. We keep only the restricted minimum evidence still necessary to demonstrate consent, respect withdrawal, prevent unwanted contact or handle a legal obligation or dispute. These retained records are not used for marketing and are deleted when no longer needed.
When you contact us
If you email info@mykora.eu, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond and manage the conversation, based on our legitimate interests in handling enquiries or, where relevant, to take steps at your request before a contract. Please do not send medical records or sensitive health information. We keep correspondence only while needed for the enquiry and any applicable legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting info@mykora.eu or using the unsubscribe link in our announcement. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful beforehand. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object where we rely on legitimate interests, as applicable. We retain necessary consent evidence to meet our accountability obligations, and use minimal security and suppression records for our legitimate interests in preventing misuse and respecting your choices. You can complain to Portugal’s CNPD or another competent supervisory authority.
As MYKORA develops
We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated profiling. We will update this notice before introducing checkout or another feature that changes how personal information is handled, and request new consent where required.
