The source matters.
Our first source is a carefully chosen Portuguese farm, with pasture-raised, grass-fed and grass-finished cattle. We keep that relationship close.
Collected chilled, the organs stay frozen through storage, transport and receipt. Freeze-drying, milling, encapsulation and packing all take place in Spain.

How do I choose between the two?
Choose by the ingredients you want. Organ Mix brings bovine liver, heart and kidney together in equal parts. Liver focuses on liver alone. Both share the same Portuguese source and preparation.
Are the capsules plant-based?
The organ ingredients and the gelatine capsule shell are bovine. These are animal-derived supplements, so that is part of deciding whether they fit your food choices.
